SUMMARY: Supervise, control and monitor inventory management processes. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.



RESPONSIBILITIES

- Hire, schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews

- Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards

- Manage outdoor concert venue supply operations including inventory control, storage and safety

- Ensure adequate inventory adjusting PARs and work flows as needed and minimize variances

- Manage fork truck training, certifications and maintenance program

- Enforce safety policies and procedures

- Maintain records related to ordering, storing, issuing, receiving, shipping materials, supplies and equipment

- Develop, document and implement inventory control procedures

- Monitor food quality and ensure effective storage of food items

- Maintain receiving and storage areas in an organized, clean and functional manner



QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience

- 3 years warehouse supervision

- 3 years inventory control experience

- 2-year experience with automated inventory management systems



- Accurate and detail-oriented

- Strong organizational skills

- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Excellent problem solving skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Ability to work fast and efficiently

- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner

- Ability to control labor costs

- Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner

- Ability to serve both internal and external customers

- Ability to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner



Preferred:

- 2 year degree in logistics and supply chain management
