SUMMARY: Oversee, develop and provide content for the Treasure Island website and digital content as well as assist with the development of multimedia strategies. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop and provide content for the company website and email campaigns

? Create, schedule and execute email blasts and maintain email database

? Manage database development and utilization, technical programming, website design, and daily operation

? Determine users’ needs, strategies and goals and implement their requests

? Gather, research and review web content and digital advertising for clarity, style, messaging and branding

? Produce and oversee project to ensure timely delivery of finished product

? Design and implement internal and external web pages and applications

? Convert documents into Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) or other complex programming language

? Identify website technical issues and track issue through resolution

? Conduct keyword research including cataloging and indexing target keyword phrases

? Create and analyze web traffic reports and share results with Management

? Create and build relationships with vendors and stay current on industry trends

? Design graphics to enhance the look of the site as well as assist in the design and development of promotional and advertising materials needed for Treasure Island and Prairie Island



KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge and Certification

Required:

? 4-year degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or related field and 3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

? Experience with Salesforce, Exact Target, WordPress Blogging Platform and WordPress plugin development

? Knowledge of Internet laws, security and privacy issues

? Proven success in areas such as database marketing, web management and web development

? Previous experience with Flash websites, Website optimization, browser compatibility issues, client server and internet systems architecture, design methodologies and object oriented environments



Preferred:

? Professional photography experience

? Experience in Casino Marketing or Player Development

Required:

? Accurate and detail-oriented

? Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

? Strong computer skills Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, XHTML, XML

? Proficient in the following programming languages, libraries and databases: PHP, JavaScript, jQuery and YUI libraries, MYSQL, Adobe Air, SQLite

? Strong project management skills

? Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

? Excellent problem solving skills
